100 Things I Like
When I first started creating a list of things I hated, I was bored at work, in a bad mood, and had no idea I could really come up with 100. One of the comments to that post said something about looking forward to my list of 100 things I like. My gut reaction was "Dude, I'm WAY too negative a person to like 100 things!" But in thinking about it on my way to work last week, maybe I do. So (duck to avoid corniness) let's find out together, shall we?

What is a half of a ring?
:)
Loved reading about your things. I find when I list stuff like this there are things that I hardly even realized that I love.
You mean "Seven", the Prince song? Because I freaking love that song.
Yep, that Seven song. I think I have it on a CD and everything.
...with an intellect, and a savoir faire, no one in the whole universe can ever compare...
Also one of my faves, too.
And will bigger cannolis do? Because your former, uh, "roommate" has a thing for cannolis and knows where to find the best ones in North Beach. I can inquire and get back to you...
So much on your list I agree with. Mostly #65. Best with a few slices off a Velveeta loaf melted in.
I'm so glad I'm not the only adult that *still* eats this.
Getting an individual mention in a "Whatever Happened To.. " blog post would rate in my top ten.
Syncronicity would be up there (along with spell check)
OK, some of those I don't understand - "Westies?" Are those people from the west coast? And "Hot Sox" I can't even guess about - at least not without sounding like an idiot....
But,
#1 - Rainbows are cool.
#13 - Doesn't everyone look good in a pea coat?
#24 - I don't particularly enjoy doing taxes, but I love that I do my brothers' because I know how and they'd be helpless doing it themselves.
#26 - Love a good blog.
#28 - I prefer smelling and hearing the ocean to the sight.
#53 - Forget post-its; good highlighters and pretty pens are true happiness.
#64 - Yup
#67 - You ever hear a song that sounds complex and deep, but you just get it - like someone who knew exactly what was going on in your head wrote it just for you? Priceless.
#69 - A major weakness of mine.
#82 - Double yup
#92 - I'm not particularly good with directions; you're lucky. But I'm the go-to girl whenever someone in my office needs help in Excel. And I do help. It feels really good, even if the solution is as easy as pointing and saying, "There."
Congratulations on finding a hundred things. Good list.
I love lists of loved things as opposed to hated things. You just barely squeeked over 100 items - #'s 29 and 50 are very similary but, acting as the "judge of lists" I'll credit them as 2 unique items by interpreting #29 as learningnew things and #50 as applying things learned. (Whew - that's a lot of rationalization to apply to a blog!)
Anon 11:58, you're shit out of luck, because anons don't get to be the judges. You've got no cred.
Rage- you are acting as a self appointed judge of whose got cred.,so your decisions are a screaming version of "NOTHING!" Anons are people, too, and they have opinions which they state for all to read. YOU, conversely, name yourself in a way that does not identify who you are other than a baby having yet another temper tantrum! Take a nap, get someone to chage your diaper or give you your binky. Whatever! Is this all you you find to rage about? Did you know there's a war and there are natural disasters causing real troubles? Grow up! Face reality!
